ATD Capabilities Facilitation is designed for CPTD/APTD facilitators in the ATD Credentialling community. This self-paced course is required to be considered a Facilitator in the ATDKC CAPABILITY LEARNING COMMUNITY [ATDCSG].

The modules will provide handouts and learning interactions, to support your skill development as a facilitator in this program. WE DO NOT LECTURE. We facilitate learning through a "Teach Back" strategy. Our role as Facilitators is to listen and provide constructive feedback.
